Buyers Inspection

 The private home inspection will include a visible analysis of the following components: Structural & Basement, Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Bathrooms, Electrical & Kitchen, Interior & Attic, Roofing & Exterior, Grounds & Garages .The inspection is performed according to the standards of practice of the Minnesota Society of Housing inspectors (MSHI.org)

You will receive a CD with information on most major components of your home at no additional charge.  This is like an electronic maintenance manual for your property.
